This exquisite kimono robe in subtle shades of pink, light green and terracotta was the result of experimentation. It's a beautiful lightweight cotton silk blend whose flower splash pattern has been hand block printed with a mud resist. This technique is called Dabu which literally translates as "pressing". Wherever the resist is pressed, the dye doesn't get absorbed. Through this process of printing, re-printing and natural dyeing, in a hot bath of flowers, an extraordinarily subtle array of colours are achieved.

Hand or Machine wash on cold gentle cycle for the first few washes. Lay flat to dry. Iron if necessary.
